Last night I watched "How'd That Get On My Plate?" hosted by Sunny Anderson on the Food TV channel. She visits Hawaii to help beekeepers with their honey harvest - this was by far the best part of the show, they were out in a bee field with hundreds of hives and showed how they took the honey, then the processing and on to putting it in a jar for sale.
Then they showed making honey bbq sauce in Atlanta, cream soda in Wisconsin and honey roasted peanuts in Henderson, NC.

It was a good show and explained more about the processing of honey than I knew. It will air again on August 4th and 1oth. Be sure to watch the first part - that's when they're in Hawaii.
